2. Capping off the "Product of the Year"
Product of the Year, the world's largest consumer-voted award for product innovation, has announced the distinguished winners of the 2017 Product of the Year Awards. A national representative survey of 40,000 consumers conducted by Kantar TNS, a global leader in consumer research, helps determine the Product of the Year winners each year so that Americans can best identify the top new products. Winning the Health and Wellness category for 2017 was Centrum MultiGummies for Women & Men which utilizes the MRP pictorial child resistant closure.
3. Attracting the best talent
It takes a talented team of hardworking, dedicated people to consistently produce quality products that delight our customers and arrive on time. Our new recruitment campaign focuses on attracting top talent and those who share in our values.
4. NACD Supplier of the Year
MRP Solutions named the NACD Supplier of the Year! Additionally, Mold-Rite Plastics took home Supplier of the Year honors from TricorBraun.
5. Slime Time!
Slime Time! Kids across the country were learning to make slime on social media and the demand for glue skyrocketed. MRP was ready to provide the iconic twist open cap to top all of the bottles.
6. Generations Webinar
The popular webinar, Packaging for the Ages: How Generational Personas Impact Packaging Trends is presented by the MRP packaging experts.
7. The Year of Milestones
It was year of milestones! This year marked the five year anniversary of MRP Solutions, Stull Technologies and Weatherchem Corporation joining forces to become the most trusted packaging supplier in the industry. In addition, we celebrated some incredible milestones with our dedicated team members including Carol Rinder - Vice President of Operations, Twinsburg and Kathy Velimirovich – Staff Accountant both celebrated 20 years with the company while Jack Hotz – Senior Sales Director, Chris Miller – Shipping Manager and Michele Miller - Supply Chain Materials Planner each celebrated 25 years of service.

Beechnut launches new cereal container with MRP flip top cap. When you see it, you just can’t help but smile.
9. The New mrpcap.com
The new MRPCap.com website launches. From the new sample request shopping cart experience to our easy product filtering system, you will be able to find and get what you want fast!
10. Increase in Net Promoter Score
The annual MRP Solutions’ customer survey conducted revealed a 25 point increase in our Net Promoter score with nearly 75% of respondents in the promoter category.
11. MRP Golf Outing
MRP Solutions hosts its annual golf tournament in appreciation of our customers and suppliers. This year’s theme celebrated the five year anniversary of the MRP joining with Stull Technologies and Weatherchem Corporation.
12. Food Safe
Our Twinsburg, OH facility achieved certification for food safety including ISO22000:2005, PRP and additional FSSC 22000 requirements.
13. New 63mm CRC Introduced
MRP announces development of a new 63mm child resistant closure. This new size is perfect for gummy vitamins and will be production ready in 2018.
14. MegaFlap Boosts Shelf Impact
Designer Whey sets the trend among protein powders utilizing the MegaFlap closure. Both Popsugar and Nutrition Business Journal featured this new package.
15. Unwined with MRP
MRP Solutions, Alpha Packaging and Irving Place Capital show their appreciation to customers and suppliers attending the Pack Expo and SupplySide West trade shows by hosting the UnWined cocktail reception.
